To provide all-in-one background video, audio, and photo capture features, the application requires explicit device permissions:

- Microphone: Required to record background audio memos and video sound tracks.
- Notifications: Required to display persistent foreground service status and controls while recording.
- Battery Optimization Exception: Optional, requested to ensure uninterrupted background execution.
- Storage / Media Access: Required only when exporting recordings or photos to your public device gallery.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertisements
We integrate trusted third-party SDKs to analyze performance, monitor app stability, and serve advertisements:
- Google Analytics for Firebase: Collects anonymized usage telemetry and feature interaction statistics to help us optimize user experience.
- Firebase Crashlytics: Collects diagnostic crash logs, stack traces, and device hardware models to identify and fix bugs.
- Firebase Remote Config: Delivers feature configurations and dynamic settings updates without requiring app updates.
- Google AdMob: Serves standard advertisements (banner ads, app open ads, interstitial transitions, and opt-in rewarded video ads) within free tiers of the application. Google AdMob may process non-sensitive device identifiers such as the Android Advertising ID (AAID) and coarse diagnostic information in accordance with Google's Advertising Policies.
- Rewarded Video Ads (PrimeLock Pass): Users may voluntarily choose to watch a rewarded video advertisement to temporarily unlock Prime features (such as 4K recording, studio audio memos, and advanced widgets) for 24 hours without monetary payment.
- Ad Display Guardrails: For user comfort and safety, advertisements are strictly suppressed during active background recording, on biometric app lock screens, and during initial onboarding sessions.
4. In-App Purchases & 100% Ad-Free Pro Experience
The application is free to download and offers optional In-App Purchases and subscription tiers for premium features (such as 4K recording and studio WAV audio). All purchases are processed securely through the Google Play In-App Billing API. Active Pro subscribers and lifetime pass holders receive an entirely 100% Ad-Free experience with all advertising disabled app-wide. We do not collect, process, or store your payment details.

Quick Background Recorder Pro is intended exclusively for lawful, ethical, and legitimate personal utility purposes (such as hands-free dashcam driving, lecture documentation, business meetings, voice memos, tutorials, and personal photography). We strictly condemn and prohibit the use of this application for unlawful surveillance, unauthorized covert tracking, wiretapping, or non-consensual recording in violation of privacy laws.

Our application is not directed toward children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
